This machine is applied in the following fields:

The mold can be customized according to the tablet features, for example the mould can compress 1 output (more tablets per cycle).

EXM-90-1800 Extrusion Blown Film Machine is a high yield, energy saving, stable, low noise, labor-saving, less waste, bright and smooth film.
In order to ensure that the film has a good plasticization effect, the extrusion machine adopted specially designed screw and barrel. The screw design has a shear section and a mixed refine section, to reduce the pressure and the volatility of the yield, and improve the melt evenness. The barrel inner hole has fine polishing, high precision, and material flow equilibrium, which shortens the material retention time. The screw is made of alloy material. Heat treatment is a nitriding process, which leads to wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life.

It is a multi-functional automatic bag maker. It is applicable to produce soft loop handle bags, top-fold die-cut bags, poly draw handle bags, and patch handle bags.

Shaded pole motor
The Shaded Pole Motor by DOLEC™ is one of the single-phase A.C. motors, and a cage-type chute cast aluminum rotor is usually used. The shaded pole motor is mainly composed of a rotor assembly, a stator assembly, a wire package assembly, a bracket assembly and a connecting fastener.
 Cross-flow fan
The impeller of the cross-flow fan is a multi-leaf type, long cylindrical shape with forward multi-wing blades. The cross-flow fan is mainly composed of three parts: an impeller, a duct, and an electric motor. The impeller material is generally made of an aluminum alloy or an engineering plastic. The aluminum alloy impeller has high strength, light weight, and high-temperature resistance, and can maintain long-term smooth operation without deformation; the plastic impeller is injection molded by the mold and then ultrasonic welded, and is generally used for occasions with low rotation speed and large diameter.

Axial fans are very versatile and are called “axial flow” because the gas flows parallel to the fan shaft. The axial flow fan is mainly composed of a fan impeller and a casing and has a simple structure but a very high data requirement. It can be used for ventilation, or heat dissipation in metallurgy, chemical industry, light industry, food, medical equipment, machinery and equipment, civil buildings, etc. If the casing is removed, it can also be used as a free fan or a longer exhaust. The pipes are installed in series at intervals to increase the wind pressure in the pipes.

When the axial fan is working, the blades push the air to flow in the same direction as the shaft, so it is called an axial fan. The axial flow fan is divided into a large axial flow fan, a medium axial flow fan, and a small axial flow fan, and a suitable axial flow fan is selected according to the place of use. In general, large axial fans are mainly suitable for exhausting in places such as dust and gravel yards; medium-sized axial fans are mainly used for indoor ventilation and heat removal, such as granaries; small axial fans are mainly used. Ventilation with mechanical equipment, such as electrical cabinets.
Washing Machine Motors

CBB 65 Capacitor
CBB 65 Capacitor by DOLEC™ is the right solution for household appliances, especially for air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, and washing machines. The capacitor housing is made of aluminum. Its conductive material is a thickened metalized (aluminum/zinc) polypropylene film. The insulating material is a heated oil or wax. The vacuum sealing of the capacitor allows longer and stable performance.
CBB65 is available in 2 or 3 terminals.
CBB 65 capacitors are packed with special foamed plastics or individual cells which helps to transport goods in a safe way.
CBB 61 Capacitor
CBB 61 Capacitor by DOLEC™ is a dry epoxy resin filling and sealing capacitor with stable performance, low loss, and safe.
It is a motor capacitor suitable for connection to windings of single-phase asynchronous motors of frequency 100Hz and below and to three-phase asynchronous motors so that these motors can be powered by a single-phase system.
It is designed to be used for motors of electric fans, exhaust fans, ventilation, air conditioners, etc.

An air curtain is a fan-powered device that creates an invisible air barrier over the doorway to separate efficiently two different environments, without limiting the access of the people or vehicles. Airflow may be horizontally across or vertically downwards.

The energy-saving air screen reduces heating and cooling costs by up to 80% while protecting the internal climate and increasing comfort.
It keeps the atmosphere clean from pests and insects, dust, airborne, pollution, smells, odors and stops draughts and cold or hot air entrance.
The fans of the air curtain can be direct or belt-driven. The most frequently used types are centrifugal, axial, and cross-flow. Some air outlets and/or lamellas can be adjustable to increase the performance of the air curtain according to each situation.

Applications of fan curtains:

Door climate protection

Air curtains are designed to prevent a climate area (heated or cooled) from the influx of outside air through an open doorway.

During the winter an air curtain creates a barrier that keeps out the cold air while in the summer the air stream keeps out the hot air from outside.

Pest and flying insect control
Insect air curtains are commonly used, when necessary, to stop insects from entering buildings. Flying bugs will be stopped by a barrier of air too powerful to penetrate.
Cold storage
For cold rooms and freezers air curtains are the safest way to protect the energy losses without any physical barrier that can create accidents or collisions on the doorway. For example, when plastic strip curtains are used the view across the doorway is limited and people or vehicles accidents occur, with compensation consequences. Besides, it prevents bothersome and potentially dangerous fogging, humidity, and ice formation in the door entrance area.

The Circular Duct Fan is widely used in places like hotels, halls, meeting rooms, supermarkets, railway stations, airports, and other public places where there is air supply and exhaust. The models Air inlet and Duct outlet are a standard design, with the same size diameter at both ends with duct connection. The chassis and high-efficiency centrifugal impeller, are newly designed with a composition of high-performance external rotor motor, small size, light weight, little vibration, low noise, long life, high efficiency, and good safety performance, easy installation, and so on.
BPT series of exhaust fan (extra-silence) can be widely used to ventilate areas like hotels, department stores, entertainment places and residential houses. The components of the product adopt mode molding; the impeller adopts multi-vane centrifugation design, combining with efficient and smooth air passage, to achieve the effects of high pressure.
To complete the above description, the machine’s advantage features include beautiful appearance, small volume, low noise, large air volume, light weight and stable operation, etc. The machine can effectively regulate and control air, remove dirty air, moisture and smoke indoors etc.
A circular duct fan is mainly used in households, farms, or for small commercial purposes, which can bring fresh air into the house.

The laminating line is for making pastry laminated dough which with fat/margarine inside the dough and to form the layers pastry dough would go to a freezing room, after freezing, go to the croissant make up line.

The machine operates in an easy few steps:

  1. Put empty pans into a conveyor belt.
  2. The conveyor carries the pans below the dozer.
  3. Then remove the pans from the conveyor to the trays.

Madeleine molds are silicone pans with a gentle heat distribution for consistent baking and professional quality results. Our nonstick finish madeleine mold is a perfect choice for baking, which also has the advantage of easy cleanup.

Cake Production Line is an efficient and well-developed machine for producing various types of maamoul or mooncakes and also dates bars, fruit bars, etc. It offers the flexibility of customizing the stamping mold according to the user’s preference. Encrusting machine
Encrusting machine is used for cake stuffing. Encrusting machine is made of stainless steel. It entirely fulfills the food safety requirements. It is suitable for different product types and the user can modify the product’s shape and patterns as per desire. It is designed in such a way that the customer can adjust the speed according to need. Furthermore, it can successfully make products with double fillings such as crystal fruits, moon cake, date paste pancake, pineapple cake, mashed bean bun egg-yolk puff, glutinous rice balls, meatballs, etc.

Rotary Moulder Machine
The machine is suitable for the production of biscuits, cookies of various shapes and weights. It is a very versatile machine that allows for very high levels of product output while maintaining near-perfect weight accuracy and design detail.
Soft Biscuit Forming Machine
The machine is simple in structure:
Dough, loaded into the gravity-fed hopper, is drawn down and compacted into an engraved die wheel by a powered forcing roll.
A cantilevered extraction conveyor pulls the product pieces out of the die roll and delivers them directly to the baking system in-feed conveyor. The special design eradicates the problem of unevenness during splitting.
